1/2 cup leveled jasmine rice ( I used Wellsely farms)
1 cup water
Salt to taste, I would start off with 1/3 tsp salt see how you like it as some salts are saltier than others
Pint jars
Set timer for 8 minutes
If using Preston pressure canner set timer for 15 minutes, for me pressure settings would be 10lbs of pressure because of where I live, I would advise to do your research.
