Cannot Start the PS4 - Safe Mode Loop - How to Fix

In this video, I show how to fix the error "cannot start the ps4". Hold down the power button while the ps4 is off, until you hear 2 beeps. This will bring you to safe mode. Try one of the options in order to fix this. Update system software from internet, restore default settings, rebuild database, initialize ps4.
