Abstract:
Cantor's Diagonal Argument, ostensibly demonstrating that there are more real numbers than natural numbers, operates under a fundamental misconception of infinity. In essence, his argument treats infinity as a number. It leverages the paradoxical nature of infinity.
TO BE CLEAR: This is NOT a stated assumption of the proof. It is inherent in the logic, and the error can be demonstrated with a simple counter-example. It is instructive on how we should view infinite sets and how to understand the concept of infinity.
Power Set Theorem:
I have 3 videos disputing Cantor's Power Set Theorem. Parts 1 and 2 stand alone, while part 3 probably requires a prior viewing of either 1 or 2.
