In this video I describe and demonstrate how to perform the capital extension MMT Grades 0-5.
Patient is only performing a slight backwards head nod.
Grades 0-2 = patient is supine and attempts to look at the clinician standing behind them.
Grades 3-5 = pt is prone with or without resistance on their occipital region moving into a backwards head nod.
