Capoeira: Ground Acro Training Sequences
Repetition is perfection's best friend. Although nobody is exactly perfect, we can get pretty darn close with practice. Here are some Ground Acro sequences to practice. First make sure to have your fundamentals down pretty good: Quexada, Armada, Meia Lua de Compasso, Au, Macaco, Piao de Mao, Au batido, au de frente, etc. You dont always have to practice long sequences, you can build up to them in time, but actually it is good to refine your transitions in these two and three step capoeira sequences first.
