I am doing a Cardio Workout it can fit in with Martial Arts training this what I do in my training I do super sets most people do it all in one rep range I don't you can still do small rep range of motion everyone says do full body range motion this is how I do it on what my body can do I've been doing this for years it helps with strength in the job I do at work. So this is a quick super set when you don't have a whole lot of time or your just want to get something in of workout quick and easy
