Medicine in a Nutshell presents a guide to the medical cardiovascular examination. It aims to give you a 'how to guide" on completing the examination.
Anyone can learn a routine but it takes skill to perform an examination well. We also to give you tips to excel clinically and in exams (OSCE) by being a thinker rather than running through a routine without understanding what you are doing.
