Cart modifications for mill, lathe workholding

I this video I show upgrades to a cart I use to hold my rotary table, dividing head, mill vises and lathe chucks. I replaced the undersized wheels on the cart and added a shelf at the right height for me to slide heavier items directly on to/off of the mill table.
