Carver Engineering & Science High School’s "Wheat" helps feed residents in Philadelphia and 10 families at a local church. Their "Warmth" helps the children in Philadelphia stay warm. Their "Wisdom" helps a local giving library and the children in that area access books.

The Philly Service Award is an independent nonprofit that mobilizes student groups to become the architects of a better Philadelphia by providing the funding and resources needed for impactful, youth-led service projects. By uniting schools in a city-wide "competition for good," each year we drive thousands of service hours while distributing over $250,000 in project support, school enhancement, and student enrichment funds.
