Cluggy Castle is a 15th century tower house located on a promontory on the north side of Loch Monzievaird. It is built on the site of an earlier 13th century castle of the once powerful Comyn's. Kenneth III, King of Scots, was killed on the south side of the Loch in 1005. Today, only parts of the original castle walls remain.
