Back with a new single! I’m also pleased to announce that the next Catalyst album is titled “The Future Is Hot” & I'm aiming to release it in late Spring/early Summer 2025. This song is insane. It’s track 1 off my upcoming album and we kick off hard from the reversed beat to the lyrics… which I would describe as an autistic “Illmatic” by Nas where I’ve been through so much adversity, & occasionally there’s a light hearted bar about sex, drugs, & searching for flats on Zoopla while in the club. Real life, that was me last summer. The title is an embodiment of swag. In 2006 Pharrell Williams had his Blackberry phone coated on gold & him flexing it on TV during a freestyle is pure Hip-Hop heritage. I love that video & I was able to sample it since there’s no beat & I suppose it’s similar to UK producers slapping on an old Skepta or Wiley acapella from the same period of the 2000’s & raking in bare views online.
