If you have pulled bullets from live rounds and read the instructions you will know that it is possible for the round to fire during this process. I have pulled many bullets and never had this happen until... I am not convinced it was user error, too thin primer cups, too much crimp, or a combination of factors. This video provides a good reminder of safety.
