Based on CEF's plans for growth in the coming years, the Staff and Board have identified some areas of expertise that would greatly benefit the co-op if a future board member had firsthand experience and knowledge. That being said, all who are interested in running for the Board are encouraged to do so!

In addition to these areas of expertise, CEF has a membership base that covers both urban and outstate MN. To help make sure our members are well represented, we are interested in having a board member who is either currently living in rural MN or can provide that perspective and insight.
