Flat Earth Debate panel member Brian's Logic responded to my previous video, claiming my Circles of Equal Altitude are not 'real' circles because I didn't draw them on a flat surface. In this video I examine the writings of Captain Thomas H. Sumner, the inventor of the navigation technique that utilizes those circles, to see if Brian is correct.
