The command for configuring in the "buildroot" folder is:
cmake ..
In order to choose the installation path, you can type after that:
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX="[path for installation]" .
And to choose the option of compiling all packages, you can simply type:
cmake -Dall=on .
