CFX error No zero exit code 2 and return code 1 and no results files have been created and solution

Apply appropriate boundary conditions at both the inlet and outlet. Make minor adjustments to the solver control settings to improve convergence and stability. Ensure that the correct coordinate frame is defined for every boundary condition. Other than these points, the overall setup was correct.
