Ingredients
• 1 (8 oz.) box Corn muffin mix
• 1 (15.25 oz.) can Whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 (14.75 oz.) can Cream style corn
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Next, pour mixture into a lightly greased 8” x 8” baking dish and smooth out the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
