Challah Bread Dessert-Bread Pudding Ingredients: 2-3 cups Cubed Challah Bread (1) 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup Milk 4 Large Eggs 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1/3 cup Brown Sugar Icing (Optional) 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup Powdered Sugar 2-3 Tablespoons Milk Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut and cube challah bread into bite size pieces and place into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and set aside. In medium bowl add condensed milk, eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar and mix until all mixed together. Pour batter over bread in baking dish and push down to make sure all bread is with with batter. Let side for about 30 minutes to let bread soak up all the batter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in over for 25 minutes. Remove foil and let bake another 20-25 minutes. Once a clean knife comes out remove from oven to let cool. If making icing in a medium bowl add cream cheese and 2 Tablespoons of milk and mix to soften the cream cheese. Once cream cheese is smooth add powdered sugar a little at a time to incorporate it into the cream cheese. Keep stirring until all the powdered sugar has been used you can depending on the thickness you prefer you can leave as is or add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of milk. After the Challah Bread Pudding has sat for about 10 pour icing over top to let it melt into the pudding. Let rest another 10-15 to serve while warm.
