Changing your Knowledge Base Category Icons

We will show you how to choose custom Icons for your Knowledge Base Categories. Choose from among 500 font icons or upload your own image icons. Step: 1. Go to Configurations on the tool bar and select the Wizards tab. 2. Choose Theme Wizard. 3. Choose Basic Layout and Image. Click Next and Apply to apply the default icons. 4. To change an individual icon, go to Media and upload images from your computer to the library. 5. Go to Knowledge Base and Categories. 6. Choose Edit under FAQs to change that icon. 7. Choose a Font Icon or select Image Icon to upload your own. 8. Click on the Plus sign and choose an image from the media library. 9. Click Update and go back to Categories to change additional icons for top-level categories.
