Unfortunately the internet is full of inaccurate and biased information about it, therefore, people and organizations that follow these misleading sources end up by not achieving the promised benefits and results, they didn’t reduced their operation costs, neither gained an improved customer experience and now they have a bill to pay for a long time, does that ring a bell?
