Charming Disaster: Disembodied Head
"Disembodied Head" is Charming Disaster's take on meditation, contemplation, and the life of the mind: equal parts mindfulness practice and The Man With Two Brains. Director's notes: We wanted the video for "Disembodied Head" to reflect the cool, fun vibe of the track, so we took some inspiration from Andy Warhol's 16mm films and a little bit from The Electric Company. Shooting on black and white 16mm film stock with a wind-up camera drove a lot of our creative decisions, and while it restricted us in some ways, it also provided us with an incredible image.
