No costume, but have some makeup? No problem. All you need are these items:
-black eyeliner pencil
-brown eyeliner pencil
-shiny black liquid eyeliner (optional)
-matte black liquid eyeliner (optional)
-angled brush
-cheap craft brush
-powder brush or sponge/puff of any sort
-black halloween makeup or cosmetic grade acrylic paint
-white halloween makeup or white base
-translucent powder
For ears:
-2 cotton balls
-2 napkins
-spirit gum/lash glue/liquid latex
-black halloween makeup/cosmetic grade acrylic paint
-cheap craft brush
If you are going to recreate this look, it will take anywhere between 30 minutes and an hour to create...or more if you need some practice.
