Like so many, And one of the things that came up. Is that while I was sitting here rebuilding. The wall, the ridge beam, which is, is actually not the ridge. Ridge beam. This is part of the deck, the ridge beam is behind that plywood, behind the splashing, actually the flashing, then the plywood, then the ridge beam. And then I rebuilt the floor joist along the way. This is, this has Masonite siding on it or did have some, they’ve since put vinyl siding and insulation on this particular part. While I was doing this. I noticed that cold air was coming, up to me. If you look right over there, you're starting to see some crossover ductwork. And that is the, ductwork that goes from one side of a double wide to another so directly from underneath. Directly from underneath, the unit itself the air conditioning unit itself, which is not exactly in the center, but generally in the center of this house. And most houses and that goes from bottom, you put your ductwork there and you go over to the other half, this one, probably has had it since it's made in 94, 95. I think I know a lot about this house that I worked all over it. They brought brought in air conditioned guys charging, like, $1,200 to put that in, which they didn't know that I did. And they probably would have had them do it because they were already working on changing the air conditioner, which, again, they didn't know I did. Because they people don't they assume that I'm doing all these other things. Well, that that means I don't know how to do the things that they need, that I haven't done. They, they just assume like. Well, he's really decent at that. Let's, we’ll find somebody else to, to do these other things. So they got an air conditioning guy, and, it was like $1,200 to because they found a crossover that had damage, which is normal. The flexible crossover duct needs to be replaced with a metal crossover duct with insulation, and that would make things better, because now the animals can't easily dig through the flexible ductwork. Get into your duct work. That's why you end up with kitty cats. In your ductwork meowing at you or animals inside your ductwork. Sometimes, I've seen it where, like, baby possums end up in the fan, of the air conditioner and, you know, splatters blood everywhere, and they get hung up and burn up on fan motors such again, that's most of the time because of a flexible ductwork. So when somebody calls me, hey, what do you do when you got cats in your ductwork? Well, you have a double wide don't you? Mind, you know, because you have crossover ductwork. That's your weak point. But they can get into the other ductwork. Some of it is, Made out of foam, and they can dig into. It didn't happen very often, but most of the time they get in. They could lay on top of they dig into to get warmer or cooler, mostly warmer. I told them that I would crawl underneath there and take a look at it see if I can figure out why they have cold air blowing underneath. And I can see if I can fix it now. If I need it, I have. Self tapping screws. Wafer head that helps hold this is not normally something that I buy. It's a kind of a high end foil tape. I have foil tape. This, is something that it has amastic sealant on it also. So, it's not something I normally would need to buy, but I found it on top of a roof. That was flooding because the gutters were stopped up, had about a foot of water on it, and covered three quarters of the roof. In this was underwater. This is my light that I can take with me. I can do a headlamp, I got headlamps or just like doing it this way, works well. You use headlamps. I try to change it up all the time. I'm going to take right now just a headlamp and the foil tape and see if that's. That's usually the odds are that's what the problem will be. But if need be, I will crawl back over here. Instead of taking all this with me. Take the screw gun, use wafer heads, fasten the metal. If they didn't do a good job, then use the foil tape. And in the meantime, I'm here to finish putting this deck together. And, a couple of the little things. Here we go with my trusty flashlight and foil tape. I. We'll cut to when I get to the crossover ductwor
