Checking Data that Not Been Entered in the List Using a Google Sheet Query

For example, we have two data which entered data is input by users, and operator data is data that has been in operator. The problem is, we need to know where data that not same yet, because system forget to take the timestamp of input time. One of solution is use query that shown in this video.
