Checking Not Functioning Compressor Motor

I would like to share with you what I found out to this AC Check Up Schedule at Greenwich Vigan last July 04, 2022. This unit both functioning indoor and outdoor unit except the compressor motor which causes the AC unit not cooling.. I check the Compressor Motor Resistance SRC and Check the insulation resistance BODY TO SRC using insulation Resistance Tester HIOKI Brand. Also Check the Ampere Reading Upon Start of the Compressor Which peak at 83 Amps... tooo High .. and this concludes that we have to recommend to replace the compressor for this Unit.. and its a good thing because it is still under warranty..
