Cycling home and I'm noticing a car in the shared bus lane wanting to reverse to park up to do some shopping. So I wait for the van to pass before edging slightly over the white line to clear the stationary car (before returning back to the bus lane) and this cheeky chappy beeps his horn. I'm in two minds here, firstly they feel they have more rights on the road and rather than adjust to concentrate and empathise with the hazard I'm faced with, decided to "BEEP!" for me to move. Perhaps I'm supposed to stop, and wait for the statioary car to park up, whist blocking its path (maybe the Brits do this, but we Scots don't), or perhaps the driver of the car beeping it's horn was watching out for me ? Anyhow cheeky or what?
