Cheesy Beef Quesadilla
Cheesy Beef Quesadilla is my favorite 5-minute go-to dinner or snacks. More like to “I have no idea to cook for dinner” solution. Beef quesadilla is such simpler pizza or sandwich (you choose) with well-seasoned ground beef, lots of ooey gooey cheese, and a crispy golden brown outside make these quesadillas simply irresistible! I mean, who doesn’t love cheesy beef quesadilla? Ingredients 1 lb Ground beef ½ Onion chopped 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp Tomato Paste ½ tsp Cumin Powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper 1½ cup Mozarella Cheese 1½ cup Cheddar Cheese 8 Flour Tortilla 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Salsa & Guacamole Optional Instructions In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes, then add ground beef. Stir until the ground beef turned slightly brown then add tomato paste, cumin powder, salsa & guacamole, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined and cooked. Once cooked, transfer the beef to a bowl. Place tortilla on work surface. Add half of the tortilla sides with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, beef, then cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese again sequentially. Fold in half. Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Cook cheese beef quesadilla for about 3 minutes until browned and crispy. Carefully flip it and cook for another 3 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and cut it in half. Serve immediately, enjoy!
