Easy cooking for busy families
The recipe is below:
1 box Jiffy Corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 drained can whole kernel corn
1 stick (8 tablespoons) melted butter
Mix all ingredients together and add to 1-12 to 2 quart casserole dish that's been sprayed. Put in preheated 350 F oven and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until it no longer shakes in the middle (mine took 60 minutes). Take out of the oven and put shredded cheese on top and put it back into the oven 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts. Enjoy!!
