Cherries are always a good choice. I decided instead of adding cocoa powder for a chocolatey flavor I wanted to keep this light and tropical-ish.

1/2 avocado 🥑
4 TBS low fat cottage cheese
3-4 mint leaves 🌱
1/4 teaspoon ginger
8 oz soy milk
