Chest & triceps day at EOS
In this workout I go through a full chest and triceps session, focusing on building strength, getting a solid pump, and keeping the intensity high from start to finish. I kept it simple and effective with the goal of making real progress.
Real talk — I ended up losing about half of the footage because my microphone was off, so some parts of the workout didn’t make it in. Still wanted to drop the video so you can see the work and consistency behind the scenes.
