Chest workout - Mr.Superduude
Hey ppl! Here is a new training video on my current chest workout. I train for the moment with less weight and more reps. Just so my body dont get used to one sort of rutine. This is good to change up your workout rutine from high reps - low weights to low reps and high weights from time to time. I also put up some muscle flexing for those who likes that ;_)). This is a gymmotivation workout video on my bodybuilding/fitness progress. More will come and my goal now is gaining more muscle mass.
