Chest flys / dumbbell press Tank top @jed_north A simple but highly effective superset for chest. Start with flys. Slightly bend elbows as chest stretches throughout the eccentric movement. Once chest fully stretched, force dumbbells together. Straighten arms as you proceed throughout the contraction motion. Once you get 10-16 repetitions turn dumbbell and begin to press until failure. When pressing keep from coming too far out. Focus your energy on the intensity of the transition of movement.
