🍓 Chilsung Buffet 🍓
We visited Rosebery on Saturday to try out a newly opened Korean BBQ buffet called Chilsung Buffet. When we arrived, we noticed one of the waitresses looked familiar — I had seen her before when dining at Kong’s Buffet. It turned out that Chilsung Buffet and Kong’s Buffet are actually run by the same owner. Interestingly, Chilsung Buffet has only been open for about two months. The main difference between the two buffets lies in the drinks. At Kong’s Buffet, you get unlimited soft drinks, while at Chilsung Buffet you only receive one complimentary drink. However, Chilsung Buffet also offers a selection of Korean soft drinks, which adds a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even checking in to ask how the food was. The meat was tender, well-marinated, and full of flavor. One highlight on the menu was the Duck Bun, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was no sushi available during our visit. Overall, Chilsung Buffet has quickly become one of our favorites, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more.
