Chocolate Bread
This is a yummy quick bread that is easy to make and doesn't require a mixer. ►Subscribe for more videos: https://www.youtube.com/cookinginnancishomekitchen?sub_confirmation=1 FOLLOW NANCI & ORDER FROM HER BAKERY ►FaceBook: https://facebook.com/NancisBakeShop ►Instagram: https://instagram.com/nancisbakeshoppe ►Tumblr: https://nancisbakeshoppe.tumblr.com ►Threads: https://www.threads.net/@nancisbakeshoppe #CINHK #CookingInNancisHomeKitchen #NancisBakeShoppe ▼CHOCOLATE BREAD RECIPE▼ ========================== Ingredients: •1 ¾ cups all purpose flour •½ cup Dutch processed cocoa •6 tablespoons sugar •6 tablespoons brown sugar •½ teaspoon baking soda •½ teaspoon salt •½ tablespoon baking powder •1 cup buttermilk •2 eggs •½ cup vegetable oil •½ tablespoon vanilla extract •1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Directions: •Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. •In a bowl, whisk together the all purpose flour, Dutch processed cocoa, sugar and dark brown sugar until incorporated. •Whisk in the baking soda, salt and baking powder until incorporated and any lumps broken up. •Whisk in the buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until incorporated. •Fold in ¾ of a cup of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and set aside. •Spray the interior of a full sized bread loaf pan with cooking spray. •Scoop the batter into the bread pan. •Sprinkle ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of the batter. •Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. •Let cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
