Pumpkin Bread With Chocolate Chips is easy when you use a bread machine!
Ingredients:
3 Eggs (beaten)
¼ Cup Oil
¼ Cup Melted Butter (4 Tablespoons)
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar (220 g.)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 ½ Cups AP Flour (200 g.)
Select the “CAKE COURSE” “Medium Crust”
ADD: 3/4 - 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (optional)
When baking begins, top with chocolate chips.
Let Cool in machine for 30 minutes, then cool on counter before removing from bake pan.
