Chocolate Poundcake
1 box deviled food cake mix
1- 3.9 oz pk chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup warm water
1- 12 oz bag chocolate chips
Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and spray a Bundt cake pan well and set aside.
In a large bowl mix the first 6 ingredients together well. Then add chocolate chips and Mix again. Pour evenly into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 59-58 minutes. Poke with a wooden skewer and if it come out clean it is done. Let sit for 1 1/2 hours then turn out onto a cake plate then dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
This is a great cake to have on the counter to share with guests or even transport to any event or occasion.
