Chord Tone Practice for Beginners

In the PDF handout, I have provided detailed instructions for how to practice this. Chord tone practice should be part of your daily practice routine. It's easy to become frustrated by the guitar fretboard, but if you approach learning in a systematic way like this, you may find that you learn better, while being less frustrated. Remember that the focus here is on KNOWING the notes. You need to practice slowly and visualize where the notes are. You must practice slowly enough so that you don't make mistakes. There is a brain + finger connection that takes a little bit time to happen. However, with systematic practice like this, this connection will become quicker and more reliable.
