Welcome back. Today we are discussing Chordoma, a rare but significant clinical entity in orthopedic oncology. Chordomas are malignant tumors of primitive notochordal origin. Because they arise from malignant transformations in residual notochordal cells, they are almost exclusively found in midline locations.
