Chosen Road
**If the Chosen Road** If the chosen road erases the maps of other journeys, will the invisible walls of separation divide the shapes of mountains, bridges and rivers, harbors and seas, the shores of joy and sorrow, of good and evil? If the chosen road erases other journeys, when someone breaks the mountains, the avalanches, the rocks and the stones, will they fall upon the innocent? If someone decides to wound the Sun, will night fall upon the Earth, upon little houses and parks? And will children without the Sun still know how to smile? Will birds still know how to sing, and people how to walk and stand with a pure heart? If we understood the language of plants and rain, would we become better and closer? Like the winds when they meet and know each other’s thoughts, if we knew the language of the winds, would we become better and closer? If we understood how the stars exchange songs between themselves and within the eyes of children, if we knew what is carried inside their silver dust, would we become better and closer...? you have always wondered, you wonder once again... now and forever. In the hands of an old man, if we knew how to read the traces... the scars of wisdom from healed wounds, would we know how to become calmer, better, closer...? Text Branka L
