Project 3.3.2
This is the second part of the CHUMP 4-bit computer project, and aims to apply the program counter to the EEPROM chip that stores CHUMP’s 16-line programs. It also uses two other EEPROMs, used as lookup tables to drive a dual 7-segment display.
