CLB1050 Filter Stick Cut-Off Machine is an automatic equipment used to divide and cut original filter sticks, with an appearance shown in following figure: The CLB1050 Filter Stick Cut-Off Machine mainly consists of hopper, tool changer, stirring rod, wheel hub and machine frame, making the cut off filter sticks fall through the outlet on the operation side. Herein: Hooper: put original filter sticks (filter sticks that haven't been cut off). Wheel Hub: take original sticks out from the hopper, organizationally align them and transit them to the tool changer. Stirring Rod: prevent the filter sticks in the hopper from congestion and make sure these filter sticks smoothly enter into the wheel hub. Tool Changer: equally divide and cut off the filter sticks coming from the wheel hub, and then the equally cut off filter sticks will be discharged from the outlet and located in a carton (the carton shall be made by the user). Machine Frame: the front side is an outlet, and the rear side is an electric cabinet. When the production proceeds slow, the cut off filter sticks will freely fall down due to the gravity; while when the production proceeds fast, the filter sticks will be blown down by compressed air.
