Winner of the 1955 Caldecott Medal, Cinderella was illustrated and translated from the French by Marcia Brown. It is a lovely story with some excellent vocabulary. Ms. Brown holds the record for most Caldecott Medals, with three, and the most Honors, with six. The lovely music is by the artist Kaazoom.
