Ingredients:
1-cups of sugar (1-cup per 2lb of nuts)
2 tsp vanilla
4 tsp water
2 egg whites
1- 1 1/2 tbs cinnamon
I would recommend using 1 cup of sugar per pound of nuts you can substitute brown sugar as well.
Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 1 hr adding a additional 15 mins if needed to achieve drying.
Stirring every 15 min (set a timer!!!) don’t risk them burning these puppy’s are expensive! 😬😬
