CiscoConfParse python module in form of RestAPI. Activate!!

Hello all, i am working on at tool and deceided to make the CiscoConfParse module, originally developed by David Michael Pennington http://www.pennington.net/py/ciscoconfparse/index.html I needed quick access to CiscoConfParse info from another language and decided to make the low level API extracted.
