This exercise is used to help activate and strengthen your glutes.
We use it as part of our current training programme.
It's surprising to see how many people struggle with this exercise and how weak their glutes are at such a basic level.
Do this before you start training.
Where you start depends on hoe weak they are.
If your not sure start with
3x 60s hold, 1 x 15 each side
Or if your short on time
2 x 15 each side
