In this Classic Mini Mk1 Conversion episode we’re making a start on the almost 60 year old classic Mini mk1 doors. As expected from doors this old they are a little bit rusty, so some fabrication work is needed on them.
We fabricate lower repair section from scratch for the doors out of sheet metal and weld them in, the end result is good solid 1960’s classic Mini doors ready for sandblasting in our diy sandblasting booth and into our diy paint booth for a coat of epoxy primer.
