In this video I'm walking through the four ways we're using Claude Code in production: sharing SOPs across the team with Skills, plugging straight into databases to build and enrich lists, a sub-agent hack we use for ICP filtering and personalization that costs us zero extra tokens, and a new category of lead gen research that I genuinely think is the biggest shift to hit outbound in years.
