-Use vegetable oil (or Crisco).
Simple green is a great overall cleaner. I usually use it straight up or mix 50/50 with water.
Use clothe rags, not paper towels (which are wasteful). The rags can be reused a few times before disposing. If you have the space you can also hang the rags up afterwards and save them for the next clean up. Always use a clean rag for he final clean up step (then you can use THAT rag for initial clean up next time).
-When working at home dispose of everything into a grocery bag and throw it in a garbage container outside.
