Clemente Bakery @UhadmeatKitchen

I had the pleasure of being invited to the world famous @clementebakery in Hackensack New Jersey. WOW what a thrill! For years I have watched many of my favorite Italian American influencers visit and enjoy so many of delicious selections they offer. To me it’s something that’s right up my alley and was really special to me. I had the opportunity to go behind the scenes, I saw Taralli being made, I got to try some of their signature items (WOW what a spread I had). I got meet members of the amazing Clemente family as well as the wonderful staff! Such hard workers and the hospitality was incredible. I can’t stop raving about the delicious foods I tried especially the La lingua sandwich (Vita’s fave), the homemade mozzarella, the breads, the Taralli and the Tette delle monache just to name a few!
