Clinical Dry Cupping - Cupping Hamstring Stretch
Dawn Morse, founder of Core Elements Training, demonstrates clinical vacuum Cupping to the hamstrings muscle group, using the hamstring stretch technique. This can be completed within a treatment environment or as self treatment. This self cupping technique is a great way to reduce tension or stiffness in the hamstrings and can help to increase flexibility when combined with hamstring and calf developmental stretches afterwards. This is an example of one of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited day CPD course in Myofascial Dry Cupping, which is available as a face to face course in Swindon and Liverpool, Live Online delivery or fully Online.
